We are recycling environmentally friendly PVC-free phthalate generated during the manufacturing process through a recycling company. This initiative allows us to produce faux products made from recycled PVC-free Phthalate materials

Energy-Efficient Manufacturing Techniques

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) system is established and operational.

RC&RTO are thermal oxidation technology which treat Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), odor and waste gas from a process, and also are energy saving-type systems capable of recovering waste heat from exhaust gas.

pressure loss.

After adsorbing the high-flow gas at low concentration through the zeolite-coated Rotor Concentrator, the adsorbed concentrated gas is sent to the RTO by blowing the gas in small volume.
