Eco-friendly/Sustainability of the Packaging

We have been promoting ‘eco-friendly packaging’ as part of our environmentally friendly initiatives to ESG management and respond to consumer needs.

Eco Friendly Packaging

Paper Tube

Material: 100% Recycled Pulp

Label

iNstye Coated Fabric

Packaging Film

Material: 100% Recycled PE

Tape

100% Recycled Pulp Coated with Water Soluble Adhesive

Waste Reduction and Recycling Programs

We are recycling environmentally friendly PVC-free phthalate generated during the manufacturing process through a recycling company. This initiative allows us to produce faux products made from recycled PVC-free Phthalate materials

Use of Sustainable Materials

Our manufacturing partner currently integrating sustainable materials into the production of maritime seat upholstery and OEM car seat interiors for specific car models. The fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester fibers derived from post-consumer PET bottles.

Eco-Friendly/Sustainable Product Development

Establishing a circular economy through the continuous exploration of eco friendly/sustainable materials and processes.

Reduce of TVOC

TVOCs Control Process removes all hazardous volatile materials in A/Leather by application of absorbent materials and Heating process.

Expansion of Sustainable/Eco-Friendly Products

Due to the potential for environmental degradation and exacerbation of food shortages caused by continuous materials, we are undertaking the challenge of finding alternative uses for waste, such as seaweed bioplastics, and promoting continuous recycling.

Recycling of PET Bottles

We are currently incorporating recycled PET bottle fabric into synthetic leather for car interiors, with approximately 15% utilization.

Cork

The cork, obtained from the outer bark, is biodegradable and recyclable, allowing the tree to sequester carbon.

Algae Bioplastic

We have initiated experiments using abundant and renewable marine seaweed. This seaweed-based material has the ability to capture carbon from the atmosphere

Bacterial Nanocellulose

We have initiated experiments using abundant and renewable marine seaweed. This seaweed-based material has the ability to capture carbon from the atmosphere

Soy Extract

We have already increased the carbon – 14 bio-content by applying plant-based solvents extracted from soybeans.

Food Waste

We are considering alternative materials for leather, such as potato peels and coffee grounds.

Mycelium Leather

Fungal leather emits fewer greenhouse gases and consumes fewer natural resources compared to the production of plastic leather or raising livestock.
