Hassan Sleiman founded inStyle Coated Fabric Solutions, LLC to create and formulate a beautiful innovative composite, based on coated fabric constructions, with the ideal blend of properties for applications that perform in all environments. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Sleiman specializes in product design and development, product launches, surface pattern design appearance, surface material engineered selections, including PVC Poly-Urethane, Semi-Poly-Urethane, TPE  and silicone for substrates, fibers and weaving fabric substrates and protective coatings. Mr. Sleiman’s areas of technical expertise include polymer materials, formulations, plastic manufacturing. Also processes such as casting and extrusion polymeric materials, injection molding, vacuum-forming and thermoforming. Mr. Sleiman has developed and launched a wide range of custom products in several different surface material constructions specifically engineered to meet the needs of automotive, marine, transportation, healthcare, residential and commercial furniture, fashions and sporting goods industries.

Prior to founding inStyle Coated Fabric Solutions, Mr. Sleiman has worked as research and development product development scientist-engineer and he has an extensive experience in working with small to medium size companies in the manufacturing of faux leather, synthetic leather, artificial leather or man-made leather-like substances. He has worked closely with customers to address, evaluate and solve the issues of materials with stain resistance, resistance to abrasion, flammability, antimicrobial, easy to clean, adhesion, peeling, crocking, cracking, pinking, etc.
