RTO Technology for Emissions Control and Heat Recovery
Our facility operates an advanced RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) system to support energy-efficient manufacturing and reduce environmental impact. This system, along with RC&RTO thermal oxidation technology, treats volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odors, and process waste gases, while recovering heat from exhaust.
The system achieves a heat recovery rate of over 95% using honeycomb ceramic media designed for high surface area and minimal pressure loss. Additionally, high-flow, low-concentration gases are adsorbed through a zeolite-coated Rotor Concentrator and directed in smaller volumes to the RTO, enhancing overall efficiency and sustainability.
